If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please call us at 1-800-668-9883 to obtain an Return Address (RA Number). All returned items MUST have the RA number written in BOLD text on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, and we will not accept returns for the following: custom-built golf clubs, personalized golf balls, and personalized accessories. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. All returned items must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We will notify you via email once we have processed the returned product(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We are sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase
